So Long
Dear reader, I have resigned my position with the Franklin County Empire Zone to pursue my interests in knowledge management and web design. I will be joining the ranks of small business owners as of July 1, 2006. I still think that Franklin County, NY is a great place to own a business so I am setting up shop right here in Malone, NY at ecodevpro.com. Please drop by for a visit. You can continue to visit franklinez.com for Empire Zone information.

Many North American textile manufacturing facilities have already closed or downsized because of the import situation so this is very good news. Textiles has been an important industry in Franklin County and the adjacent Canadian province of Quebec. more...
